Clinical Services Manager - IMSL Med Specialties Clinics

Supervise and coordinate daily clinic operations, including patient care and business processes. Collect and document assessment data, develop patient Plans of Care, and evaluate progress toward desired outcomes. Administer medication per standards, verify care consistency with patient-centered principles, and communicate care through medical record documentation. Collaborate with nursing staff, interdisciplinary teams, and executive leaders while supporting staff recruitment and retention. Facilitate implementation of evidence-based nursing practice standards compliant with ANA guidelines.
