Job Summary
Clinical Services Manager leads behavior support services across adult day programs, develops and oversees behavior plans including FBAs and ongoing data review, provides clinical oversight to ensure practical and effective implementation, coaches staff to build confidence and consistency in behavior strategies, partners with Program Directors to align clinical services with program needs, supports teams during complex behavioral situations, and collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field
- Current BCBA certification or Licensed Clinician credentialing pathway (LMFT or LCSW) with ABA coursework
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the local service area
