Clinical Services Director/ RN or LPN

Clinical Services Director responsible for all aspects of resident care including initial and ongoing assessments; hire, train and supervise Care Assistants; supervise Medication Services Technicians and other care staff; develop and maintain Care/Service Plans; manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance; coordinate with physicians and families regarding residents’ change in condition; oversee medication administration and emergency procedures; provide in-service training and performance management; ensure effective communication systems and maintain up-to-date resident records; lead by example in delivering high-quality, compassionate care within a memory care community.
