Job Summary
The Clinical Services Coordinator oversees daily program operations, assists in supervising direct support staff, and coordinates healthcare services for individuals in JRI's Developing Abilities program. Responsibilities include managing health care resources, providing formal staff training, coordinating appointments and evaluations, and facilitating communication among healthcare providers, staff, and individuals served. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, along with at least one year of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field
- Minimum of one year’s experience with developmentally disabled adults preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive individuals in program vehicles
- Ability to communicate well in all formats
- Familiarity with DDS regulations and with physical, behavioral and mental health issues
Desired Qualifications
- MAP, CPR and First Aid certification
Additional Requirements
- Participate in on-call rotations, after hours and weekends
