Job Summary
Build daily inpatient consult rosters and maintain referral-tracking systems by entering required data. Schedule and notify patients of cancelled appointments, manage team schedules and pager coverage, and construct daily billing rosters. Provide support to clinical teams in and outpatient settings to ensure consult flow, assist with minute-taking at meetings, and perform routine data entry audits. Requires Grade 12 education, Medical Administration Certificate, and minimum 40 words per minute typing speed with 5% error rate. Full-time regular employment with excellent communication and customer service skills essential.
