Clinical Scientist

Job Summary
Serve as an external-facing clinical representative with independent scientific responsibility for assigned international clinical trials, acting as a primary contact for clinical and scientific matters. Co-lead projects with accountability for scientific integrity, ensuring analyses, issue remediation, and clear sponsor/internal communications. Participate in sponsor/investigator meetings, monitor study-level metrics, develop dashboards, address data integrity and training issues per GCP, lead rater training and remediation per study plans, provide scientific guidance to internal teams and partners, respond to inquiries about scoring methodologies, coordinate cross-functional resources to meet milestones, and contribute to deliverables including training materials and feasibility inputs for RFPs. Requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, fluency in English, knowledge of GCP, ability to travel 10–20% internationally, and experience with clinical endpoints and rating scales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred in life sciences or related field
