Operationally and scientifically lead complex early-phase translational medicine clinical trials from study design and setup to recruitment and final reporting. Drive global clinical trial execution, lead matrix-managed trial teams across the organization and externally with service providers and investigator sites. Develop clinical study protocols and execution plans, ensure quality conduct and documentation across the trial lifecycle, and lead clinical data reviews.
