Job Summary
Senior Clinical Science Lead responsible for translating health data into actionable product logic for an AI-driven wellness platform, designing clinical risk scores, defining safety guardrails, establishing evidentiary foundations for clinical claims, and producing external communications (white papers, carrier outcome reports). Leads clinical validation in collaboration with Product and R&D, with ownership of measurement frameworks, risk metrics, and framework deployment; requires an advanced degree and 3+ years in digital health or health economics, and strong programming (Python/R) and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (M.Sc./M.A. with a thesis or PhD) in Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, Neuroscience, Public Health, Health Economics or related field
- 3+ years of industry experience in digital health/outcomes research/health economics
- Experience as a sole functional owner leading cross-functional teams
- Experience productizing clinical ideas and frameworks
- Experience designing clinical measurement frameworks or psychometric instruments
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Passion for wellness
