Job Summary
Clinical Sample Processor I at ICON will collect, receive, log, and process clinical trial samples according to SOPs, using laboratory techniques and equipment, while maintaining proper handling, storage conditions, and accurate data entry. You will support inventory management, disposition of samples and hazardous waste in compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to process improvement and operational excellence within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a laboratory or clinical research setting preferred
- Familiarity with laboratory techniques and equipment used for sample processing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
