Job Summary
Collaborate with Territory Managers to provide case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients while serving as the primary resource for surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education on Abbott's Stroke Prevention products. Educate interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff, and ancillary personnel on the proper clinical usage of Amplatzer, Amulet, and LAA Occluder devices, informing customers of the latest therapy developments. Actively engage in clinical and procedural discussions to link data outcomes to key messaging, meeting with existing and potential healthcare providers to identify clinical needs and provide feasible solutions. This position requires 50% travel and offers a base pay range of $61,300 to $122,700.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of related work experience
- Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in life sciences or medical training (RN, EMT, Perfusion, etc.)
- Strong clinical orientation
- Experience with products for use in interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery
- Familiarity with echo cardiology and other indirect imaging
- EP (Electrophysiology) and SH (Structural Heart) sales experience
