Job Summary
Clinical Specialist provides clinical and sales support for Abbott’s Structural Heart/Stroke Prevention portfolio, educating interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, and ancillary personnel on the use of Amplatzer Amulet and LAA occluder products, performing procedural coverage, and communicating product, clinical, and market data to customers. This role collaborates with Territory Managers to ensure quality case coverage and outcomes, engages in clinical and technical discussions, and supports development of product marketing strategies. Travel up to 50% is anticipated to support customers and procedures across the region. Requires a BS/BA with 6+ years of cardiovascular experience; preferred qualifications include life sciences or medical training (RN/EMT/Perfusion, etc.).
