Job Summary
Collaborate with Territory Managers to provide case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients by serving as the primary resource for surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education. Educate interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff, and ancillary personnel on the proper clinical usage of Abbott's Amplatzer Amulet LAA Occluder, while actively engaging in procedural discussions to link data outcomes to key messaging. Meet with existing and potential clients to identify clinical needs and provide creative solutions, communicating product and market data to support marketing strategies. This role requires 6+ years of cardiovascular work experience, 50% travel, and a strong clinical orientation to influence diverse clinician types.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of related cardiovascular work experience
- Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in life sciences or medical training (RN, EMT, Perfusion, etc.)
- Strong clinical orientation
- Experience with products for use in interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery
- Familiarity with echo cardiology and other indirect imaging
