Job Summary
Inside Sales role in Orthopaedics for DePuy Synthes within Johnson & Johnson MedTech. The position supports orthopedic portfolio growth across a defined territory (Billings, MT and Wyoming region) and involves engaging surgeons and healthcare systems with clinical solutions, surgical instruments, and anatomy/physiology knowledge. Requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (or 4 years of experience), travel to sites including hospital/operating room environments, and a valid US driver’s license. The role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, problem solving, data analysis, and the ability to work independently within a matrix organization. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.)
- minimum of 2 years of professional and/or relevant experience or minimum of 4 years of professional and/or relevant experience
- ability to work in a lab/operating room environment
- valid driver’s license issued in the United States
- ability to travel which may include weekend and/or overnight travel
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to the assigned territory
- Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, communicate and work in a complex environment
- Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols and solutions preferred
