Clinical Sales Representative - Philadelphia, PA

Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy that drives da Vinci® Surgical System utilization in the Philadelphia, PA North territory. Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications while serving as a resource across primary surgical specialties. Support regional Sales and Marketing events to create system awareness and drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key opinion leaders. Develop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure unsupervised use and drive the sales of instruments and accessories. Mentoring new team members to become high performers is also a core responsibility. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel up to 25% while working nights and weekends as needed.
