Job Summary
Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy driving da Vinci® Surgical System utilization in the Seattle territory. Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci® applications while serving as a primary resource across all surgical specialties. Create individualized surgery plans for each team to ensure unsupervised system use, drive continuous user base expansion through key opinion leaders, and sell instruments and accessories. Support regional Sales and Marketing events to create system awareness and procedure adoption. Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense reports. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ in healthcare, and ability to travel up to 25% while working nights and weekends as needed. Candidates must live in or relocate to Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Work nights and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of the Operating Room environment
- Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19
