Job Summary
Field-based Clinical Sales Manager in CRM Cardiac Rhythm Management responsible for partnering with Regional Sales Director, Territory Managers, and Sales Representatives to drive revenue growth and market share; coach clinical representatives; develop strategies to increase coverage efficiency and optimize clinical headcount; lead training and development of the clinical team in implant, service delivery, product knowledge; identify clinical opportunities through analytics, time studies, and field visits; ensure regional alignment of goals, and manage performance through objective setting and coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-9 years of related work experience
- CRM certification
- demonstrated leadership/credibility with local team(s)
- strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving
- ability to travel 25-50% of the time
