Clinical Sales Liaison Home Care Home

Build and maintain a network of high-potential referral sources within the healthcare community while cultivating strong professional relationships through consistent outreach and networking events. Conduct in-home assessments, secure signed service agreements, and initiate care plans upon responding to client inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams, perform hospital visits, and complete follow-ups to ensure smooth care starts and high client satisfaction. This role requires a minimum of one year of outside sales experience and a proven track record of meeting sales goals, with preferred qualifications including three or more years of healthcare sales experience and an active healthcare license.
