Clinical Sales Executive

Clinical Sales Executive at Intuitive Surgical to maximize utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System across assigned surgical specialties. Develop a deep expertise of da Vinci technology to support surgical robotics programs, drive system adoption, train OR staff across pre-, intra-, and postoperative workflows, and expand the user base by engaging surgeons and hospital staff. Responsibilities include partnering with the Clinical Sales Manager to create utilization strategies, supporting regional sales and marketing events, training surgical teams on system operations and OR integration, developing individualized plans for teams to operate independently, generating qualified leads, and managing administrative sales activities. Requires excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, ability to travel up to 50%, and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 6-10 years of medical devices sales experience.
