Clinical Safety Project Assistant

Process safety reports, create and distribute notification letters, and track correspondence with Regulatory Authorities, Local Ethics Committees, Sites, and GCP offices. Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes while maintaining databases to document department activities. Conduct quality control reviews of documents, perform basic research, and answer questions from internal or external parties in support of Clinical Safety processes. Develop tasks in accordance with assigned SOPs and policies, and may mentor less experienced project assistants. Requires at least one year of clinical safety experience, an Associate degree, and strong organizational skills.
