Clinical RN Supervisor - Psychiatry 5 Ridgeway, Full Time, Day Shift

Ensure excellent patient care delivery and maintain expeditious patient flow with a focus on customer service while supervising nursing staff. Provide input on staff evaluations and complete evaluations for the regular staff cohort. Assist with cost containment and manage all employees to do the same. This role requires knowledge of leadership and effective interpersonal communication skills. As part of UC Health's Clifton Campus, the team serves Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky with advanced medical care.
