Job Summary
Clinical RN II role in Medical-Surgical Care on part-time nights (36 hours/week) at MarinHealth Medical Center in Greenbrae, CA. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, directing and delegating nursing care; develop care plans; collaborate with physicians and care team; act as patient advocate; provide leadership and delegation; mentor staff; ensure compliance with HIPAA, C.A.R.E.S standards; requires California RN license, BLS, IAMTAC within 30 days; involves supervision and clinical expertise.
Required Qualifications
- California RN license required at hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire
- Integrative Agitation Management (IAMTAC) required within 30 days of hire
- Education sufficient to obtain a valid California RN license
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and delegation skills
- Demonstrated communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to read/speak/write English
- Meets age-specific patient care requirements as appropriate to unit
- HIPAA compliance understanding
