Job Summary
Clinical RN II in LDRP is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating safe, high-quality patient care in the Labor-Delivery-Recovery-Postpartum unit. The role supports care planning, directs emergency interventions, collaborates with physicians and the care team, and acts as a patient advocate. Requires California RN license, BLS, IAMTAC within 30 days, and demonstrated leadership/delegation abilities; expected to provide clinical expertise, mentorship, and adherence to C.A.R.E.S. standards. 36-hour workweek with days available; part-time position within MarinHealth Medical Center."
Required Qualifications
- California RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Integrative Agitation Management (IAMTAC) within 30 days of hire
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and delegation skills
- Ability to read, speak, write, understand and follow English instructions
