Job Summary
Clinical RN I - LDRP, Part-Time nights in Greenbrae, CA. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, directing, and appropriately delegating to ensure safe, quality patient care within the California Nursing Practice Act. Functions as a patient advocate, demonstrates leadership by supervising and delegating to care team members, and collaborates with physicians and others to manage patient care. Requires California RN license, BLS, and IAMTAC within 30 days. Skills include leadership, delegation, communication, prioritization, teamwork, teaching, mentoring, and clinical expertise; adherence to C.A.R.E.S. standards and HIPAA privacy. Immunizations are required per policy; vaccination strongly recommended for COVID-19. Location is MarinHealth Medical Center in Greenbrae, CA, with a 36-hour weekly schedule across 12-hour night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- California RN license required at hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire
- Integrative Agitation Management (IAMTAC) required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and delegation skills
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to organize and prioritize work; time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members, other teams, physicians, and departments
- Ability to read, speak, write, understand and follow English instructions
