Job Summary
Clinical RN Coordinator role (part-time) at PACE Southeast Michigan in Westland, MI. Coordinates clinic operations by supervising LPNs, Medical Assistants, and Scheduling Clerks; collaborates with physicians and NPs to ensure optimal clinical flow; triages and evaluates Participants, provides education resources, and ensures documentation is accurate and evidence-based. Drives quality initiatives, supports transitions of care, and coordinates with interdisciplinary team members and Nurse Educators to identify educational needs and ensure staff competency. Requires BSN preferred, with at least one year of frail-elderly experience and five years of management experience preferred; strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- At least one year working with the frail elderly population
- Five years of management experience preferred
- Must have the ability to lead and direct staff in the delivery of care
- Must be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date before engaging in direct participant contact
- Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary; must have strong interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to understand and standardize process related to quality indicators and utilize technology to document and present data
