Job Summary
Clinical RN Coordinator in Medical ICU responsible for coordinating unit operations, guiding admission/discharge processes, monitoring and improving quality of patient care, and leading staff through scheduling, training, and performance processes. Collaborates with management to foster teamwork, supports patient-centered care, and implements nursing strategies (e.g., rounds, employee engagement) to enhance clinical outcomes. Provides guidance on interviewing, selecting, and training staff, enforces policy compliance, and helps manage supplies and equipment to ensure efficient, safe patient care. Must be an RN with an associate degree or diploma, ACLS and BLS within 30 days; no travel required; prior ICU/critical care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- No Travel Required
- 1 year experience required
