Clinical RN Coordinator ICU

Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for Medical ICU to ensure high-quality, patient-centered nursing care and coordinate unit functions. Partners with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care, serve as a resource for staff, and model the organization’s mission and values. Responsibilities include patient admission/discharge processes, ongoing quality assessment of patient care services, collaboration with subject matter experts and managers to foster teamwork, support patient-first philosophy and service recovery, implement nursing strategies to improve engagement, participate in interviewing and training staff, assist with staff scheduling, productivity and labor management, and inventory control of supplies and equipment. Qualifications emphasize ACLS/BLS readiness within 30 days, RN licensure, and an associate degree or RN diploma.
