Clinical Resources Manager Physician Practice

Clinical Resource Manager of Physician Practice responsible for collaborating with operational leadership to develop and implement education, drive clinical performance improvement, enhance regulatory compliance, and support safety and quality initiatives. Partners with clinical staff and other departments to maintain Joint Commission, CMS, and NYS DOH standards; focus on improving regulatory compliance, patient safety, and quality outcomes through education, process improvements, and performance measurement. Will engage in activities related to education development, root cause analysis, and clinical operations, with RN licensure and the possibility of formal certification preferred.
