Clinical Resource RN

Round nursing units to observe care, provide real-time coaching, and reinforce safe practice for new and transitioning nurses. Guide staff through skill development, clinical judgment, and escalation processes while supporting rapid response teams with feedback and debriefs. Teach essential nursing skills, troubleshoot training needs, and reinforce safety standards including AIDET and Teach-Back methods. Partner with unit leaders to foster accountability, safety, and teamwork. Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support, BLS, and PALS certification within 30 days of hire. Associate Degree and one year of RN experience required.
