Clinical Resource Nurse

Clinical Resource Nurse provides clinical expertise to nurses and leads coordination of patient care within the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Works under supervision of the Manager Health Services, supports interdisciplinary collaboration, and applies best practices in nursing care. Requires active RN/RPN licensure in Manitoba, CPR training, and may require post-basic certification in designated areas. Preference for candidates with BN/BScMH/BScPN or equivalent, knowledge of RHPA/PHIA/WHMIS, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, sometimes evening/weekend schedule. Experience minimum three years in related nursing field; Indigenous language knowledge or Indigenous awareness are preferred.
