Job Summary
Clinical Resource Nurse (Renal) provides clinical leadership and expertise to nurses, coordinating patient care within the nephrology team to ensure high-quality, interdisciplinary, patient-centered care. Requires RN or LPN education with CNCC preferred; Manitoba registrations active; CPR as required; shift flexibility including evenings/weekends; in-person role at Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg. Strong communication, delegation, and organizational skills essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing (RN) education program (BN preferred); or Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) education Program.
- Current Manitoba registration with CRNM or CLPNM in good standing.
- CPR training as per employer policy.
- Manitoba Nephrology Nursing Course (MNNC) or post-basic Nephrology Nursing program preferred.
- CNCC preferred.
