Job Summary
Clinical Resource Nurse in the Inpatient Cardiac Unit provides nursing resource support to physicians, staff, patients and families, serves as a conduit for communication among medical staff and patients, advocates for Patient and Family-Centered Care, and uses clinical leadership and critical thinking to manage priority situations. Requires RN license and BLS, with a focus on collaboration with hospital teams, admissions/transfers/discharges coordination, nursing process application, care planning, and mentoring staff. 36 scheduled hours weekly with a starting pay range of $37.40-$46.75/hour; Monument Health offers benefits and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a nursing education program approved by a board of nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association
