Job Summary
Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the GI Lab patient care unit by planning, organizing, directing, and delegating tasks to staff. Perform patient care utilizing the nursing process while consulting with the health care team to optimize outcomes. Maintain departmental records, manage scheduling, and lead staff development initiatives. Serve as a clinical resource and role model, ensuring adherence to all policies and guidelines. Work Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week as a Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree
- Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
- Full Time Day
