Job Summary
Provide direct supervision to clinical front-office and support staff in patient care, assigning and reassigning duties based on daily workflow. Update division policies, assist in quality assurance reviews, and coordinate instrument maintenance while addressing patient concerns. Design and collaborate on grant projects, conduct performance evaluations of direct reports, and ensure staff training aligns with departmental goals. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as JCAHO and HIPAA by tracking laws and implementing necessary procedures. Support research system development, organize annual needs assessments, and lead new project efforts including budget management and contract negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Cert Clinical Research Coord OR Certified Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
