Clinical Research Site Manager

Job Summary

Oversee site management and leadership to drive performance, enhance efficiencies, and ensure patient safety and protocol/GCP/regulatory compliance. Collaborate with managers to support delivery expectations, meet study milestones such as activation and enrollment targets, and deliver quality data to sponsors. Review performance dashboards and clinical trial systems to oversee site and patient activities, ensure proper staff coverage, and verify timely execution of operational aspects. Manage assigned site staff by overseeing resourcing allocations, study team member output, timecards, absence tracking, new hire training, and performance appraisals. Assist with ongoing trainings regarding protocol specificities, Case Report Form completion, and Standard Operating Procedures while employing problem-solving skills to propose risk mitigations. Participate in management or site meetings and present findings.

Required Qualifications

  • An Associate's degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One or more years of management experience
  • Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft applications
  • Proficiency with email
  • Proficiency with electronic health records
  • Proficiency with web applications
  • The ability to type proficiently (40+ wpm)
  • Strong organizational skills
