Clinical Research Project Manager

Independently oversee and execute all phases of clinical trials from start-up to closeout, including feasibility assessments, protocol coordination, subject recruitment, data and specimen management, and regulatory compliance. Supervise and mentor research staff while preparing and submitting regulatory and IRB documentation to ensure audit readiness. Represent the organization in internal and external forums, providing strategic guidance on clinical research processes and compliance. Manage workflow for NCI cooperative group protocols, industry-sponsored trials, and investigator-initiated studies using project management techniques.
