Clinical Research Program Manager

Oversee day-to-day administration of the Cancer and Well-being Research Program by collaborating with principal investigators to develop study protocols, prepare grant applications, and submit manuscripts and abstracts. Manage hiring and onboarding for new clinical research coordinators, project managers, interns, and volunteers while serving as the liaison for human resources and regulatory policy interpretation. Monitor clinical trial progress against milestones, ensure compliance through internal and external audits, and coordinate with Data Safety and Monitoring Boards. Maintain centralized training records, manage research spaces and technology systems, and oversee program communications including donor activities and study team reimbursements.
