Job Summary
Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential study participants, building rapport and explaining research opportunities. Conduct initial eligibility screenings using established guidelines and schedule qualified candidates for appointments. Follow up with potential participants to maintain engagement while documenting outreach activity accurately. Collaborate with the research team to support enrollment for active clinical studies. This high-volume role requires two years of recruiting experience and a reliable home setup, with one week of in-person training in Chicago. No on-call responsibilities are required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in patient recruiting
- Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
