Job Summary
Lead operational performance of clinical research staff by overseeing site activities, ensuring ICH, GCP, and FDA guideline compliance, and coordinating delivery expectations across Business Development, Finance, and Quality departments. Review performance dashboards to oversee site and patient activities, manage resourcing allocations, and escalate risks to clinical trial management. Assist with trainings on protocol specificities, Case Report Forms, and Standard Operating Procedures while managing people activities including timecards, performance appraisals, and career coaching. Collaborate with investigators to ensure patient safety and meet client goals, presenting findings in management and site meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience
- 2+ years' experience as a clinical research coordinator (CRC)
- 1+ years of management experience in clinical research
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft applications
- Proficiency with computer applications such as email
- Proficiency with computer applications such as electronic health records
- Proficiency with computer applications such as web applications
- Ability to type proficiently (40+ wpm)
