Job Summary
Coordinate clinical research activities and patient visits while screening, consenting, and educating study participants. Administer investigational products, process laboratory specimens, and maintain accurate source records in compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements. Monitor participant safety, report adverse events, and collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and CROs to support successful research outcomes. Assist with volunteer recruitment, community outreach, and training research team members. Requires current RN license, BSN or ADN with relevant experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma, ADN, or BSN
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BSN: 2+ years of nursing experience
- ADN/Diploma: 3+ years of nursing experience
- Experience performing patient assessments, vital signs, ECGs, spirometry, phlebotomy, or willingness to learn
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of clinical research experience
- Phlebotomy experience
- Knowledge of clinical trial protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements
