Job Summary
Coordinate clinical research activities, screen and consent study participants, and administer investigational products while ensuring protocol compliance and participant safety. Collect, document, and maintain accurate study data and source records, process laboratory specimens, and monitor adverse events. Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and CROs to support recruitment and community outreach. Assist with training research team members and attend study meetings. Requires current RN license, BSN or ADN with requisite experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma, ADN, or BSN
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BSN: 2+ years of nursing experience
- ADN/Diploma: 3+ years of nursing experience
- Experience performing patient assessments, vital signs, ECGs, spirometry, phlebotomy, or willingness to learn
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of clinical research experience
- Phlebotomy experience
- Knowledge of clinical trial protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements
