Job Summary
Coordinate and manage concurrent clinical trials within the St Vincent's Renal service, delivering direct and indirect care to patients while ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines. Recruit participants, obtain consent, and maintain accurate source documentation and data entry to validate trial integrity. Manage project planning, ethics approvals, and finance administration including invoicing and budget tracking. This part-time role (8 hours/week) supports a renal service hub providing dialysis and transplant care across regional facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in general Nursing which meets the registration requirements of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum of 3 years postgraduate nursing experience (or previous Grade 3 or above position)
- Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP or willingness to acquire and adhere to GCP, regulatory, ethics, privacy and other applicable guidelines
- Excellent team working skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Developed computer literacy skills
- Mandatory immunisations/vaccinations (including flu vaccinations)
