Job Summary
Coordinate clinical trial operations by identifying objectives, scheduling site initiation visits, and managing investigational product including dispensing and labeling. Perform nursing assessments, administer drugs and biologics, and conduct protocol-related procedures such as vitals, ECGs, and IV starts. Complete pre-screening logs, manage subject enrollment, and assess and report adverse events to the PI and sponsor. Ensure compliance with GCP, IRB/IEC standards, and SOPs while maintaining data integrity through accurate EDC entry and document reconciliation. Travel to other company sites as needed to perform assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Washington
- At least one year clinical and/or clinical research experience
- Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or the ability to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment
- Venipuncture and IV start skills or ability to learn within first 30 days
- Meticulous attention to detail, with ability to follow complex instructions and protocols precisely
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Team player able to effectively self-reflect, communicate, and collaborate across teams
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with basic computer software (MS Office)
- Travel to and from other company sites as needed to perform job responsibilities
