Job Summary
Network with study coordinators at major conferences to identify research opportunities for enhancing patient care. Submit proposals to hospital committees to gain approval for studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety. Enroll eligible patients by screening, consulting physicians, and obtaining informed consent. Instruct staff and physicians on protocol requirements to assure proper study execution. Compile and extract patient data to maintain integrity for analysis and protocol development. Collaborate across clinical settings to promote integrated healthcare delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Current CT RN license
- Experience in conducting research protocols
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Working independently a necessity
Desired Qualifications
- RN, BS preferred
- Requires experience in specialty background, i.e. cardiology, surgery, etc.
- Computer skills highly preferred
