Job Summary
K2 Medical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Navigator to connect patients with clinical trial opportunities, facilitate their participation, and support the advancement of medical knowledge. The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field and have relevant experience in clinical research or patient navigation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
- Strong knowledge of clinical research principles, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-directed with excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a clinical research or patient navigation role
- Strong knowledge of clinical research methods, protocols, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, ICH-GCP)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
