Job Summary
Leading Clinical Research operations at Headlands Research as a Clinical Research Manager, overseeing multiple trials from initiation to completion, coordinating a team of CRCs and RAs, ensuring regulatory compliance and GCP adherence, overseeing participant recruitment and informed consent, data collection and reporting, and providing strategic direction and mentorship to the research department. Responsible for cross-functional collaboration with sponsors and regulatory bodies, preparation of regulatory documents, and maintaining SOP-driven, high-quality trial conduct while driving continuous improvement and growth of the clinical research program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, health-related, or business administration field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism
- Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring staff
