Job Summary
Manage post-award financial management for industry-sponsored clinical trials, ensuring accurate and timely payments from sponsors. Perform invoicing, accounts receivable reconciliation, and study closeout processes while collaborating with investigators, faculty, and internal teams. Track start-up and recurring fees, prepare active study reports, and resolve payment discrepancies with study sponsors. Monitor clinical research accounts, maintain databases for active studies, and assist in developing exception reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related degree
- 3 years prior experience with invoicing, post-award finance or accounting in a healthcare or research setting
- Prior experience with PeopleSoft financials
- Advanced Database and spreadsheet skills (Excel)
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel skills preferred
