Job Summary
Review study protocols and identify potentially eligible participants under guidance from Enrollment Clinicians and Coordinators. Prepare and organize study materials and participant files, including printing paperwork and maintaining clean consult rooms. Interact professionally with participants with psychiatric and neurologic disorders, providing support and guidance throughout study visits. Support prescreening intakes, collect participant information, and assess eligibility based on reported data and protocol criteria. Prepare materials for informed consent, collect demographic and medical history, and coordinate participant visits including scheduling, confirmations, and day-of visit flow. Perform basic clinical procedures such as vital signs collection, urine drug screenings, and phlebotomy. Maintain source documents, study charts, and logs to support site compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines. Enter data into electronic data capture systems and flag inconsistencies for coordinator review. Attend team meetings and training sessions to gain exposure to enrollment workflows and study operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be comfortable working in a regulated environment with sensitive patient data
- Must provide documentation verifying their identity and authorization to work in the United States
