Job Summary
Clinical Research Coordinator at StrideCare site coordinating day-to-day clinical studies under PI supervision. Responsibilities include screening for enrollment, consent, scheduling, source documentation, data entry into EDC, vital signs and ECG collection, phlebotomy, specimen handling, regulatory file maintenance, site initiation and investigator meetings preparation, and liaison with sponsors, monitors, and participants. Requires adherence to FDA regulations, ICH/GCP, ALCOA-C principles, HIPAA compliance, and strong organizational/communication skills. Educational background in medical assisting, LPN/LVN, EMT, or an associate degree with relevant clinical research experience; current GCP certification or ability to obtain it; Spanish language skills a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Assistant diploma, LPN/LVN credential, EMT credential, Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum one year of clinical research or clinical healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with phlebotomy, vital signs, ECGs, specimen handling, and clinical documentation preferred
- Current GCP certification or ability to obtain certification required
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EHR/EMR systems, and web-based applications
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform phlebotomy, vital signs, ECGs, and other basic clinical procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with investigators, participants, sponsors, and team members
- High integrity and confidentiality with HIPAA compliance
- Experience in clinical research or clinical healthcare environments preferred
