Job Summary
Conduct trial coordinator activities for EmVenio Research decentralized networks by assessing participants, screening, and maintaining accurate EDC data entry and query resolution. Coordinate clinical study project details, review documentation for compliance with FDA Good Clinical Practices, and resolve regulatory adherence issues for mobile clinics and clinician teams. Facilitate participant recruitment through community engagement, inbound and outbound calls, and face-to-face interactions to meet enrollment targets. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient patient care while adhering to EmVenio Research protocols and training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Two (2) years research experience
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to obtain knowledge and master all clinical trial database systems
- Proven ability to successfully coordinate multiple studies adhering to regulatory and institutional guidelines
- Proven ability to communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, quality patient care, both in-person and virtually
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Ability to effectively analyze project specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Flexibility to reprioritize workload to meet changing project timelines
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with multiple people on many different levels
- Ability to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications
- Phlebotomy and ECGs experience
- ACRP or SOCRA Clinical Research Certification
- Clinical Research Training Certification
