Job Summary
Screen eligible patients for study participation and schedule protocol-mandated tests and procedures to comply with federal regulations. Coordinate patient appointments with physicians and laboratory personnel, manage specimen draws, and process tissue and blood samples. Maintain communication with enrolled patients, extract clinical data from electronic records, and complete data entry into REDCap databases. Resolve data queries, maintain research charts, and build protocol-specific tools to ensure proper data acquisition and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required
- Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
- Careful attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Working knowledge of clinical research protocols
- Ability to demonstrate respect and professionalism for subjects' rights and individual needs
- Some relevant research project work 0-1 year preferred
